Services
are open to families with young children from any geographic
area and background. Children may enter the Program
from birth through age six. As needed, services can
continue through age eight.
Through
family-centered approaches, the Program serves young
children who are demonstrating a wide range of social,
emotional, developmental and/or behavioral problems
including:
- Difficulties
in peer relationships

Attachment and separation problems

Excessive shyness or fearfulness
- Difficulty
with transitions from one activity to another
- Trouble
with eating or sleeping
- Difficulty
accepting limits and structure from parents or other
adults
- Depression
and other mood regulation problems

Aggressive or disruptive behavior

Perceptual and sensory integration problems

Developmental delays in language or motor skills

Emotional regression or other reactions to life
stresses
