The
multidisciplinary Early Head Start staff include social
workers, early childhood specialists, counselors, and
a pediatric nurse practitioner. Several of the staff
are bilingual (Spanish and Vietnamese). Staff have intensive
training in Head Start and the infant mental health
approach which is core to the Program model. Staff are
supported by frequent supervision, ongoing training
and assistance with case management.
