Eligibility

Children, from nursery (age four) through grade five, who have emotional, behavioral, and developmental difficulties that interfere with their learning and functioning in a regular classroom setting may be eligible. Diagnoses or symptoms addressed include the following:

• Attention deficits
• Attachment/separation problems
• Self-regulation disorders
• Excessive shyness, fearfulness, anxiety or mood disorders
• Post- traumatic stress disorder
• Aggressive or other disruptive behaviors
• Asperger's Syndrome
• Developmental delays
• Inability to establish or maintain positive relationships with peers or family
